The monthly model
A subscription provides a number of included standard-module slots. Standard modules use those slots while space is available. Additional standard modules use their configured add-on price. Premium modules such as Accounting are charged separately from the included allowance.
Change your modules
- Review the plan allowance and estimated total on Modules.
- Enable a module to add it to the company workspace.
- Disable a module when it is no longer needed. Access stops, while its data stays stored.
- Re-enable it later to restore access to retained records.
Change your plan
Owners and administrators can change the plan on Billing. The system recalculates which enabled modules use included slots and which use add-on pricing. Available slots are allocated to standard modules in enablement order.
